Our work focuses on three core areas—Mental Health, Menstrual Health, and Education while addressing the interconnected challenges faced by individuals and communities. Our teams include counsellors, educators, programme managers, researchers, storytellers, and operations professionals—united by purpose and respect for people. By volunteering with us, you become an essential part of this mission.

Mental Health

Mental Health

Every journey towards mental well-being is strengthened when people come together with empathy, purpose and care. At MPower, volunteers are an integral part of our mission to break stigma, create awareness and make mental health support accessible to all. Whether you bring lived experience, creative skills, organisational strengths or a passion for community engagement, your contribution can help create safe spaces for conversations that truly matter.

Volunteering with us is not about having all the answers—it is about showing up, listening deeply and being willing to make a difference in meaningful ways. From amplifying real stories and documenting impact, to organising events, creating awareness-driven content or facilitating workshops, each role plays a vital part in strengthening mental health ecosystems.

We believe in the power of compassion, collaboration and change, and we invite you to join us.

Menstrual Health

Menstrual Health

Menstrual health is not just a health issue—it is a matter of dignity, equality and empowerment. At Ujaas, volunteers play a critical role in breaking long-held taboos, fostering open conversations and enabling communities across the country to access accurate information and sustainable solutions. Your time, skills and voice can help create lasting change for girls and women who are often denied both awareness and choice.

Volunteering with us means meeting people where they are—with sensitivity, creativity and respect. Whether you are facilitating menstrual health awareness sessions, organising pad distribution drives, using art and comics to spark dialogue, capturing stories of impact through qualitative data, or supporting our work through data entry, every contribution strengthens the movement.

We all know that knowledge can transform lives and that dignity should never be compromised, and we welcome you to be part of this journey. Choose how you would like to contribute, and help us build a future where menstrual health is understood, accepted and supported.

Education

Education

Education has the power to open minds, expand possibilities and shape futures—especially when access and opportunity are uneven. At ABET, volunteers are key to igniting curiosity and supporting learners in under-resourced schools and communities, helping them build confidence, skills and aspirations for a better tomorrow. Every interaction, no matter how small it may seem, can leave a lasting impact on a young learner’s journey.

Volunteering with us is about sharing time, knowledge and encouragement in ways that truly matter. Whether you support students as a reader or writer during exams, inspire them as a guest speaker, coordinate exposure visits to corporate environments, assist with events, or help build partnerships with NGOs and charitable trusts, your contribution helps strengthen educational ecosystems.

Education is a shared responsibility and a powerful catalyst for change. Tell us how you would like to contribute, and help create pathways to learning, confidence and opportunity for every child.
