Mpower, our mental health vertical, is changing the conversation around mental health and wellbeing in the country by educating people, breaking taboos, and by delivering holistic and accessible mental healthcare and support. Its initiatives ranges from outreach and advocacy in communities, schools and offices to online resources to providing access to trained mental health practitioners and services.
Ujaas
Ujaas is working to change social behaviours on menstrual health and hygiene by empowering women and girls to overcome stigmas and break the silence so that they can achieve their full potential. This includes improving access to sustainable hygiene infrastructure, products and practices.
