After moving abroad to pursue higher studies, this young man found himself overwhelmed by loneliness, academic pressure, and the aftermath of a difficult breakup. His world shrank to the confines of his room, and unhealthy coping mechanisms like increased smoking and occasional substance use took hold. But he bravely sought help.
